14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an eligible return.

For a change-of-mind return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused and unwashed, with any original tags attached and, where applicable, in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions. Because our pieces may be fulfilled from different locations, the correct return address can vary depending on the item and where it was produced.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable consumer law requires otherwise, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Our 14-day change-of-mind policy is separate from your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
